Our Services

Slips, trips and falls in public places, such as in the street or supermarket, are commonplace. Most of the time people can take a tumble and get away with no injuries, but sometimes it can be more serious, with people suffering long-term problems due to a back injury or broken bones.

Whether you have tripped on an unstable paving slab or slipped on a spilt substance in a supermarket, we can advise you on the merits of your claim and act on your behalf to get the best possible outcome. We will gather witness evidence about the accident circumstances, as well as medical evidence from suitable experts who can comment on the extent and long-term impact of any injuries.  It important to speak to us as soon as you can to ensure the timely gathering of photographic and witness evidence that will support your case.

Examples of Slips, trips and falls in public places

  • Supermarket spillages
  • Falls on icy pavements
  • Trips on uneven paths or road surfaces
  • Falls in a shop, leisure centre or train station

No Win No Fee

In most cases we will offer to act for you under a Conditional Fee Agreement, known as ‘no-win-no-fee’.  If we win your claim, then whilst you may have to make a modest contribution to the legal costs from your damages, just how much is carefully assessed on a case by case basis and agreed with you from the outset.
